Connect marketing to commercial outcomes

Bring acquisition, sales follow-up and revenue reporting into one accountable process.

  • Clear attribution

Connect qualifying enquiries with their sources, customer contracts and collected payments using agreed records.

  • Connected systems

Bring the website, campaigns and sales pipeline into a consistent process so both teams can understand performance.

  • Consistent follow-up

Give the sales team the enquiry details, responsibility and process needed to respond effectively.

3Q Growth Partnerships connects the acquisition work with your sales process. We agree how an opportunity is identified and how collected revenue is reported, so both sides can make decisions from the same commercial picture.

HOW THE PARTNERSHIP WORKS

A different way to grow

  1. We build the system

    Website, campaigns and tracking.

We establish the agreed acquisition infrastructure, from landing pages to lead routing and CRM records.

  2. We generate enquiries

    Reach potential customers.

We use the agreed channels to attract demand and capture the information your sales team needs.

  3. You close and deliver

    Manage sales and serve customers.

Your team handles conversations, quotations, contracts, fulfilment and collection of customer payments.

  4. We share collected revenue

    Only where attribution is agreed.

Our compensation follows attributable business revenue actually collected by your company, as defined in the partnership agreement.

How attribution works

Before launch, we agree which enquiries and contracts qualify for revenue share. The rules identify the included services, territories and channels, explain how existing customers and open opportunities are treated, and establish how long attribution applies.

An enquiry is recorded in the CRM with its source and relevant evidence. Your team updates the opportunity as it moves through qualification, quotation and signing. Customer payments are then matched to the eligible contract. A signed agreement or an unpaid invoice does not, by itself, establish collected revenue.

We review the records together. Where sources overlap or an attribution question arises, the agreed evidence and review process guide the decision. Advertising dashboards support the assessment; they do not replace deal and payment records.

What we manage

A coordinated acquisition system built around your business.

Turn interest into enquiries.

We plan and improve pages around the services, locations and customer decisions that matter to your business. Clear offers, useful explanations and focused enquiry forms help visitors understand the next step. We work with your existing site where it is suitable and agree any rebuild or additional development within the partnership scope.

Reach demand with agreed budgets.

We plan and manage campaigns across the channels agreed for your market. The work can include account structure, audience and search intent, campaign messages, landing page alignment and ongoing adjustments. You fund media spend directly. Budgets and material changes are agreed before they are implemented.

Build visibility around useful content.

We develop search visibility through the agreed combination of technical improvements, service pages, content and internal linking. The priority is to answer relevant customer questions and attract demand your business can serve. Organic performance develops over time and depends on the market, competition and implementation; a position in search is not guaranteed.

Connect enquiries to sales follow-up.

We help connect forms, lead sources, notifications and sales stages so your team can respond with context. Agreed automations can reduce repetitive administration and make missed enquiries easier to spot. Your sales team remains responsible for responding, maintaining deal records and confirming the status of customer payments.

Improve the path to a qualified enquiry.

We review how visitors use key pages and where useful enquiries are lost. Improvements may cover the offer, page structure, form friction, mobile usability or the handover to sales. Tests and changes are assessed against lead quality and downstream progress, as well as the number of form submissions.

Follow opportunities through to payment.

We connect agreed marketing data with CRM stages and payment reporting. Reviews explain where enquiries came from, how they progressed and which attributed contracts produced collected revenue. This gives both teams a practical basis for improving campaigns, follow-up and capacity planning.

How the commercial arrangement works

The Growth Partnership model replaces the monthly agency retainer with an agreed share of qualifying collected revenue. The rate is agreed for the individual partnership after we assess the service, margins, sales cycle, investment required and delivery responsibilities. There is no universal percentage published on this page.

If an eligible customer contract is paid in stages, commission follows the customer payments actually collected, subject to the agreed reconciliation and settlement terms. It is not calculated simply because an enquiry arrived, a quotation was sent or a contract was signed.

What your business pays directly

Your business pays advertising platforms, external production suppliers and third-party tools directly, where these are required and agreed. Depending on the plan, this may include photography or video production, software subscriptions, hosting or other external services. These costs remain payable even if a campaign has not yet produced revenue.

We agree the scope and cost responsibilities before launch. You should have a workable budget for acquisition and enough cash flow to handle the sales cycle, customer delivery and ordinary operating costs. The partnership is not free marketing and does not remove the commercial risk of attracting and serving customers.

What we define before launch

  • The products or services, territories and acquisition channels covered by the partnership.
  • The attribution rules, including existing customers, duplicate enquiries, referrals, repeat business and open opportunities.
  • The revenue basis and the treatment of taxes, pass-through amounts, discounts, refunds, cancellations and credits.
  • The agreed share, reporting cadence, reconciliation process and commission settlement terms.
  • The partnership term, review process, account access, asset ownership and treatment of outstanding opportunities when the relationship ends.

These details are documented in the partnership agreement. The agreement determines how the model applies to your business; submitting an application does not create an obligation to proceed.

We assess the service, sales process and economics before agreeing a partnership.

  • Capacity for additional orders without compromising the customer experience.
  • A dedicated sales contact who owns enquiries and follow-up.
  • Transparent deal and payment records for agreed reporting.
  • Willingness to use a shared CRM process and maintain accurate information.
  • Budget for advertising and external costs, alongside normal delivery costs.

Frequently asked questions

No. Under the agreed Growth Partnership model, 3Q Studio does not charge a monthly agency retainer. Our compensation is an agreed share of qualifying collected revenue. Advertising, external production and third-party tools are paid by your business where agreed. Standard 3Q Studio service packages have their own terms.

Your business pays the advertising platforms directly. We agree the campaign scope and budget with you and manage the work within that plan. Media spend is a separate business expense and remains payable even when a campaign has not yet generated customer revenue.

We agree the rate individually after reviewing your service, margins, sales cycle, territory and the work required. The written agreement defines the share and the revenue basis. We do not apply a published, universal percentage to every business.

We use agreed CRM records and financial reporting to connect a qualifying enquiry to its opportunity, contract and collected payments. Source evidence, sales updates and payment records support the calculation. Existing customers, duplicate leads and overlapping sources are handled under the attribution rules agreed before launch.

Our commission becomes payable under the agreed settlement terms as qualifying customer payments are collected by your company. An unpaid invoice or signed contract alone is not collected revenue. Where customers pay in stages, the payment and reconciliation arrangements apply to those collections.

No specific volume of leads, signed contracts, revenue or profit is guaranteed. Results depend on demand, competition, the offer, budget, sales follow-up and delivery. The model aligns our agency compensation with qualifying collected revenue, but your business still carries advertising, operating and delivery costs.

Additional partnership questions

Your team handles sales conversations, quotations, contracting, service delivery and payment collection. We manage the acquisition activities agreed for the partnership and help connect enquiries to your process. A named sales contact and consistent updates are essential to make the arrangement work.

We need a reliable CRM process that both teams can use for agreed reporting. Your existing system may be suitable if it can record sources, opportunity stages, contracts and payment references with appropriate access. If it cannot, we discuss what needs to change before launch. The tool and any subscription costs are agreed in advance.

They are not automatically treated as commissionable simply because we work together. The agreement defines the treatment of your existing customer base, current pipeline, referrals and subsequent orders. An agreed starting record helps both sides separate prior business from opportunities attributable to the partnership.

The agreement sets out how cancellations, refunds, credits and changes to collected revenue affect the calculation and any reconciliation. These rules are established before launch so the reporting process can handle adjustments consistently.

The timing depends on the readiness of your website and tracking, the channels selected, your market and the length of the sales cycle. Paid campaigns and organic search work develop differently, and signed work may be paid later. We agree a practical launch plan and review progress without promising a fixed date for revenue.

The agreement defines ownership, access, licences and handover for advertising accounts, domains, website work, content, CRM records and other assets. It also sets the term, notice arrangements and treatment of attributable opportunities and payments after termination. These details are discussed before either side commits.

Yes, you can submit your business and service territory for review. We assess market knowledge, delivery requirements, language, channel suitability and commercial fit before deciding whether we can support the opportunity. An application does not guarantee acceptance.

Yes. If revenue share does not suit your business, you can explore our services or monthly growth packages. Those options are agreed separately and are not covered by the no-monthly-retainer statement on this partnership page.

What happens after you apply

  1. We review the business

We look at your service, territory, typical contract value, sales process and ability to handle additional work. We also consider how customer demand, margins and the time between enquiry and payment affect the economics of a partnership.

  2. We discuss the practical fit

If there appears to be a fit, we discuss the opportunity with the people responsible for sales and delivery. We identify the information needed to assess lead quality, the available advertising budget and the records that can support attribution. The goal is to establish whether the arrangement is workable for both teams.

  3. We agree the operating model

Before work starts, we document scope, responsibilities, revenue share, attribution and reporting. We agree how enquiry handover works, which sales stages are used, who updates them and how payments are reconciled. Access to accounts and the ownership and handover of work are also settled in the agreement.

  4. We prepare and launch

We connect the agreed pages, campaigns and CRM process. Tracking and enquiry routing are checked before launch. Your sales contact knows what information will arrive and how opportunities should be updated, so new demand has a clear path into the business.

  5. We review and improve

We review marketing performance alongside lead quality, sales progress and collected revenue. You share what happens after the enquiry; we use that feedback to improve acquisition. The pace of expansion should reflect your ability to sell and deliver additional work.

What to have ready

  • A clear description of your main services and the areas you serve.
  • An approximate typical contract value, margin range and current monthly contract volume.
  • Your current lead sources, sales process and available capacity.
  • The person responsible for sales and an overview of your CRM or deal records.

Approximate figures are enough for the initial application. Please do not upload customer lists, banking details or confidential contracts through the form. If further records are needed, the appropriate way to share them can be agreed during the review.
